| She kept her New Year's tiara on all day! |
....So has been true for the past 9 years.
I just had to stop a moment to share all of the praises and victories that the Lord has done in G this past year with all of her cheerleaders!
SO, buckle up, here are a few highlight praises!
G's big excitement for this new season of Special Olympics basketball, starting today at the AH high school gym which she loves!
She for real learned to swim on her own (Thanks Miss Diana)....Yes, practice is still needed but it was super cool to see her in action!
G sat at the booth during dinner next to Bubba...by herself!
First movie theatre experience with me and friends!
She is a champ at saying, "hi" and does it proudly and appropriately!
G took her first dance class and preformed at a recital, staying on the stage the whole time (big deal she didn't bolt to get to us).
Gracie's giant love for the new member of our family, Lucy:)
...How G started calling her "Ooooo" for "Looocy" on her own, the 2nd day we had her!
She is now the master (and enjoys) blowing out her bday candle:)!
Potty...yes, I will close with the most recent celebration...this week of Jan. 5th, Gracie has worn underwear to school and stayed dry all school day long...going on the potty all day long!
...on New Years eve day, G ripped her pull up off and when I asked her if she wanted to wear underwear she replied "yep."
